Our Customer Contact Centre is based in newly refurbished offices situated in the centre of Glasgow.
Our entire Customer Contact Centre team works together to provide support to and enhance the experiences of our patients. A number of different roles exist, from handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries, to booking appointments, to managing teams of operators. As our team members directly deal with patients, it is critical that they have strong communication skills, and are able to use judgment, initiative, and tact while building rapport.
